Peggy Lambert

Librarian

Peggy has been involved in music since she began piano lessons at age five in San Luis Obispo, CA. Piano and voice were her major instruments throughout college (University of the Pacific ‘60) where she received her Bachelors of MusEd, and BYU (‘93) where she received her Masters of MusEd. She taught private piano for many years, developed a 65-voice children’s choir, sang for 15 years with the Choir at Temple Square and taught music for 20 years at The Waterford School in Sandy, Utah. She began her cello study in 1992 and currently plays with the Southwest Symphony, Dixie State University Symphony and the Southwestern Utah Cello Society. She is a mother of seven and grandmother of 22.
